What does Relujo mean?

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally, and offer free shipping across Canada and the USA and a discount on international shipping (reflected in the shipping options at checkout).

How long does it take to receive my order?

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, products ship out 2-3 business days after your order is placed, and shipping time is in accordance with the shipping option selected and final destination. Please note that the shipping times at checkout are an estimate and not guaranteed, and do not include the 2-3 day processing time for orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation with the tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking numbers sometimes take up to 24 hours to activate.

How long does domestic shipping take?

All orders are shipped from Vancouver via CanadaPost. Shipping times will be estimated for you at checkout as it varies depending on location.

How long does international shipping take?

Standard shipping to the U.S. takes an estimated 8-10 business days. Shipping times outside of North America vary depending on the location and will be estimated at checkout.

No exchanges, returns or refunds. All sales are final. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us!

Can I request a custom keychain design?

Yes! We can create custom keychain designs for certain requests. Send us a DM on Instagram if you’d like a longer/shorter keychain or a specific pattern for the standard keychains.
